Our Pride Liturgy will be on June 28th in St. John’s in the Village Church, 218 West 11th St at NEW TIME - 3PM.
There are various activities in the evening. Please join us in the garden after the Pride liturgy for a festive empanadas reception with choice of Chicken, beef, vegetable and portobello mushroom options. Also, rice, beans and salads.Sangria, sparkling water and soft drinks. Dessert, of course.
Congratulations to Pope Leo XIV. We hope that he will continue the work of Pope Francis. No Pope is perfect nor anyone is prefect. We remain hopeful for a future where equality and diversity eliminates homophobia, misogeny and transphobia have been eliminated. Unfortunately, it will take time. We will continue to speak out for our community. There have been media enquiring about the new Pope.
